He could not understand what could be the second language of Jharkhand. Anyway, nowadays he is taking rest in central jail with all the comfort. Whenever he feels some discomfort he goes to some hospital for change of rooms and have some air-conditioned breeze. Once he got freedom from the tiny room of jail, he will fly to some beautiful foreign destination. Then he will forget if there is any place which called Jharkhand which requires any first or second language. But the matter is not so simple.We have the examples of Gandhian social worker Himanshu Kumar. He went to Chattisgarh to do social service, to educate the tribals, to make them aware of their legal & constitutional rights. He adopted constitutional & peaceful means of struggle for the upliftment of tribal people. His Ashram was bulldozed. He was not allowed to work. Then we have Dr. Binayak Sen. He was put behind bars for more than two years.It is not the DC or the BDO who are at fault. It is the Indian State. I respect your sentiments. Will it not be nice to organize some thing which brings development directly to the villages? Cant we form group and devote some time to see that the BDO, DC or Rural Development funds are used properly. Just a civil audit group..and one group one block.. I know it can be done...if even 10 people are ready....now it is only 9....I have given my consent....... I am not bothered as to who leads or who are others in the group...but motive is clear..just watch and audit one block development....funds and progress... Why do we have to wait for the such operations like Green Hunt to start, and then oppose it ?
